Refund policy

Vellbrook sells digital products — spreadsheet tools delivered as instant downloads. Because these files are delivered immediately and can't be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought. If any of the following apply, email us at support@vellbrook.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right:

- You never received your download link, or you couldn't access your file.
- The file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing content described on the product page.
- You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

We'll fix the issue, resend your file, or — if we genuinely can't resolve it — issue a refund at our discretion. Please include your order number so we can help fast.
